Visiting Us at Northbourne Avenue
Our facility is at 47 Northbourne Avenue, Canberra ACT 2601 — about an eight-minute walk from Civic bus interchange and a four-minute walk from City West light rail stop. Street parking is available on Cooyong Street and in the Wilson car park on Mort Street. If you're cycling, there's a rack out front and lockers inside. The building is fully accessible: step-free entry, lift access to all floors, and accessible bathroom facilities on every level. If you have specific access requirements, email us before your visit and we'll make sure everything is set up for you.

When Do Programs Start?
We run programs in three terms per year — roughly February, June, and September. Exact start dates for each program are posted on our programs page four to six weeks before the cohort opens. Sign up for our term-dates newsletter to be notified first.

Can My Employer Pay for Me?
Yes — and this is common. We provide formal quotes, tax invoices in $AUD, and a one-page program outline suitable for an internal approval request. Contact us with your employer's requirements and we'll send the paperwork.

Do You Offer Programs Outside Canberra?
Our physical facility is Canberra-only, but every program has a live-online cohort option for people based in regional NSW, Queanbeyan, Goulburn, and elsewhere. Online participants join the same live sessions and do the same project work.
